That is a very high value as auto radios used .005 to .01 as far as Im aware
in 50 years of repairing them.
Id look at the vibrator itself and then research what its manufacturer
suggested. Mallory, Radiart, and others had catalogs with that info.
As far as voltage 1600V was the norm.
