Jack,

A word of advice on the HT-37.

Watch the power transformer.  The HT-32 and the HT-37 are infamously 
prone to failure.

I would also consider replacing the Bias pot.  It can cause untold grief 
if it should fail.

Look for ALL the old brown square caps, and most of the disk capacitors. 
  By now they are very old and tenuous at best!

Work the old girl carefully!  She's a keeper!
