     Just what is wrong with it?  See the chart at:
http://solarscience.msfc.nasa.gov/predict.shtml

Which shows activity from 1995 to the present with a 
prediction to 2020. This shows a minimum at 2009 and the 
current prediction is for a maximum at about 2013.

     See also:

more general statement.

     There are also other reliable sources of similar 
information on the web. I think maybe NASA is more on the 
ball than you give them credit for.
