Thanks for the comments they are appreciated.
I believe this is about the 10th year we have been doing the CCA First
Wednesday AM Night. Of course
not limited to Collins gear.. I have to admidt even though I am the
coordinator I sadly have never used a Collins
to check into the net. My 32V-3 is a retirement project and my 20V-2 is
further down the line.
We (I) try to make this as much non Collins as we want to encourage ALL AM
equipment!
On the off first Wednesday AM night during the late Fall and Winter into the
early Spring look for Mike N8ECR who
runs the Mighty Elmac net on this freqency does a great job and like the
First Wednesday night any AM signal is welcome!
AM is alive and well!
