Hi again Alexander:
Forgot to include the rest of the note.  The 82K 1W resistor should be 82K 
+0-10% and the 36K and 27K +-5%.  Use metal film or metal oxide, not carbon 
resistors.  If this doesn't help, replace V8 or V6 or V1, they can influence 
the AGC line.  BTW, many of us get but 5 miles per gallon.  Great
