[Hallicrafters] SR-400A S-Meter Zero

Good morning Alexander:
To zero the S-Meter, turn the AGC pot fully CW, set the meter to zero using 
the zero pot, then turn the AGC pot CCW until the meter just moves from zero 
(In receive mode with no signal and the RF gain at "0" ).    Kindest regards
