[Hallicrafters] [Boatanchors] [R-390] USPS info (What a screwup and a rip off!!!)

One thing you should check with your bank about is if they simply refuse
payment, or, do they slap an "insufficient funds" charge on your account if
paypal tries to pull money out after you took the balance down under a buck.
I've had this happen a couple times. I even specifically stated that I did
NOT want any payments made if the funds were low, but the bank said they
could not do this. I should check with other banks in the area to see if
this is a universal policy. Each time it happens it cost me about $30, so
it's a real pain.

I also had a similar problem with an international paypal payment where I
had proof of shipment to Spain, but paypal STILL ruled in favor of the buyer
when the foreign postal service lost the item. The real kicker is that the
#@$% guy left me negative feedback and eBay refused to remove it even though
he later posted all sorts of good guy attaboys under his initial negative
comments on eBay. (In Spanish!)

Frankly I'm surprised some legal types haven't dragged them into court over
the fact that they insist on the seller accepting paypal when they OWN it.
Sure seems illegal or at the very least, highly unethical to me.
