Well, I've started another project !

HT-30 is working, at least in cw, but the output is low on all the bands. Swapped out the pair of 6146's and the output is still low. I have ordered the electrolytics in the power supply section. 

Is that where I should be looking as the cause of my low output? Voltages look good on both of the rectifying tubes.
