[Hallicrafters] Cyclone SR400 questions

I can only verify your first question as my SR400 is not up to snuff. But 
mine does operate just like yours with respect to the antenna relay. My 
problem is the Preselector as one of the set screws was loose and it does 
not work correctly. I have also found that the external vfo (HA-20) is much 
more selective than the one inside the 400.
