[Hallicrafters] Hallicrafters Ultra Skyrider

Not having any photos or other info I can only offer the possibility that 
the meter may have been done later at the factory or a new panel sent to the 
owner.
That was done at National for the early eye tube NC-101X for instance.

Just an idea.
