[Hallicrafters] Hallicrafters Ultra Skyrider

Have run across a Ultra Skyrider w/ crystal filter.  Photo shows clean chassis w/ no rust.  In stalled in a cabinet similar to SX-28s.  Front panel has been repainted w/ lettering being masked first.  S-meter installed by someone just to the left of the tuning dial.  According to owner it "lights up" but operating condition unknown.  

May go for it.  Would appreciate comments on a reasonable price to offer for the radio.
