[Hallicrafters] Electrolytic Caps from Antique Electronic Supply

I recently received the following from a friend:

 
"I am hearing multiple reports of the CE Manufacturing filter capacitors
marketed by Antique Electronic Supply failing after one to three months of
service.  The failing capacitors are apparently discharging some clear
liquid and internally drying up.  Given the very high cost of these
capacitors I am beginning to wonder if they are worth taking a chance on.  I
have only used these capacitors in one radio.  That set presently has power
supply problems and is not working but I have not had an opportunity to find
out why.  Any other experiences or comments out there?"

Anybody experience similar problems?
