[Hallicrafters] Anyone speak RME?

I know this is off topic on all the lists I'm a member of; but maybe someone out there knows the source of something I need....

I'm working on an RME-45B receiver (yeah, yeah... but it has definite possibilities), and in the process of cleaning the chassis up, the "RME" decal on top of the chassis near the power transformer was "lost." It was already messed up and not real readable; it was "buried" under a thick coat of dust and grime and the aerosol degreaser didn't do it any favors. Once cleaned off, it was evident from what was left of the decal that it had once contained numbers wiuch may have been sequentially stamped -- a serial number, perhaps? Or possibly a build date, or quality control number? Actually the metal tag on the rear apron carries a number-letter combination that most probably is the serial number.

Surely this is a really long shot, but does anyone possibly have a scan or even a photo of the decal? Or if you have an RME-45B, could you tell me more about the decal? If it's possible to reproduce this, I'd like to do it.

If anyone can "speak RME" and would like to contact me off list, I have some other questions -- such as, how to best go about curing a weird backlash in the vernier tuning.... Or is that something that can't ever be completely cured?

Thanks in advance for any help.
