[Hallicrafters] Packing a SX62

The anecdote I have about this is that, when I bought my SX62
from an Ebay seller, he packed it very poorly. It arrived in
a box which was barely bigger than the cabinet. The box was
full of ripped holes, and what little packing he had used
(peanuts) had all worked its way to the base of the box. The
SX62 was thus just rattling around in the top 3/4 of the box.
(Oddly, he had packed it with the faceplate upwards.)

Amazingly the cabinet was intact and undamaged. A few of the
knobs had been chipped, and the dial glass was completely
dislodged from its supports and lying at an angle against
the bulb channels. But, by some miracle, it wasn't broken :-)

Very lucky.
