Almost 100% when they want me to restore it. A few that have come in sloppy
packed and damaged I send right back....just as it arrived.

Ebay sellers is a problem, Ive cancelled a few purchases from those who wont
comply. Its my money, I make the rules, and Im willing to pay for proper
packaging.
Collector hams on these forums have enough common sense so there havent been
problems.
I probably wont be buying from you with that attitude.
