Why so many drips dropped by dribblers? Just plain sloppy work OM. Good work
takes time and too darn many would be technicians are in a big rush and ruin
potentially beautiful looking and excellent sensitive/selective receivers.
They should be coated with Crazy Glue and dipped in hot candle wax then have
a bar code burned into their scalp for a positive ID!
I would kiss a Moose to own a good looking and good working SX-62 RX! Now
connect a PM-23 speaker to that RX and you have awesome audio! Makes the
Jazz program from Radio Moscow sound fantastic! As well as the Country music
program from Radio Australia. Talk about kick butt sound! This music makes
your QTH shake, rattle and roll dude! Outstanding highs, warm, rich and
mellow mid range and bass so low and clean that it can shake the mude out a
pair of tennis shoe cletes! Your family dog will be giving you looks and
probably wondering where he/she can st4eal a speaker like that one for their
Winter home!
The SX-62 is an awesome RX OM, so do it right and you will be able to enjoy
the awesome audio for many decades to come!
Good luck my friend. It is worth your time and effort. Enjoy!
