The Hammond HX273CZ high voltage is rated at 325vac 150ma @ 117vac input. With nominal 120vac input you are pretty darn close to the 340vac required by the SX28 (122vac puts you right on). It has  5vac at 2A<mailto:5vac at 2A> and 6.3vac at 3A<mailto:6.3vac at 3A>. I don't know what the current requirements for the 28 are. If 40ma high voltage and 2A @ 5vac and 2A @ 6.3vac will work the HX237AZ is $30 cheaper.
