[Hallicrafters] ebay SX-88 and old caps

There is nothing like leaky caps in the AVC line to give that nice warm 
fuzziness to the audio. Even ones that show no leakage on a Triplett 630 but 
show on a decent cap tester will pass enough enough audio ripple onto the 
AVC line to affect performance.

Dont be foolish, change them all.
