[Hallicrafters] WTB: capacitor tester

Hello Ed,

It has been a very long time since I have heard any modulation bearing your 
FCC Ham Tag OM! We miss you! I do, even if nobody else does! So crawl out 
from beneath that rock, or pile of boat anchor parts and 'stuff' - remember 
when all of that stuff fit into your single "parts drawer"? - and join us!

Remember Ed, you can post your Ad for test gear on the HHI Web Site!

For The Attention Of Everyone:

As long as the item you post on the HHI web site in the 'Forsale-Swap' area 
is truly vintage, even though it is not Hallicrafters, it is permissable!

So if you need parts for that Heathkit Hot Water thing or tubes for your HQ 
Drifty 50 or want to sell your Collins RX or buy a "like new - but cheaper" 
Drake with original feathers etc. You can post these Ads on the HHI 
(Halligan's Hallicrafters International) web site!

I, and the others who donate their time and talent, to keep the Halli web 
site operating are not going to get into a hair folicle splitting 
declaration on what is "truly vintage" or not! But be warned ye lovers of 
things that still go glow in the dark, the manager of the 'Forsale-Swap' 
area will make that determination! So do not go into a cold solder sweat and 
short yourself to ground while blowing several 15 amp fuses on the "did it 
myself" 20 amp circuit, when that Ad for a Zenith many band radio made in 
Japan in 1992, that you included a photocopy of the last Transoceanic tube 
set manual Zenith made in 1962, gets rejected! Remember that tune by the 
late Jim C. about being "meaner than a junk yard dog"? Well the tougher then 
a Mississippi bus station steak manager for our "Forsale-Swap" list trained 
that nasty knee chewing beast!
