[Hallicrafters] OT Icelandic Ham Assistance

Hi All,

I worked TF3CW in Iceland on Sunday March 29, 2009. I sent his QSL Manager
my QSL card and SAE and five green stamps. The Manager returned my card. He
did not deny the contact nor did he deny the contact was not in the
Operator's logs.

He wrote on my QSL card that "it was worthless for points in any Contest".

Niether the Operator or the Manager provide any e-mail contact addresses. In
fact, the Operator provides no address for himself at all, just the call
sign of his QSL Manager. Hence, I have no way to contact them to right
whatever is wrong so I can get my Icelandic QSL card.

Can any of you please assist me in finding an airmail or e-mail address for
TF3CW in Iceland? Thank you very much. I appreciate your help.
