[Hallicrafters] Al Waller Has Retired

Hello All,

Alan Waller, K3TKJ the founder/owner of qth.net and qsl.net retired on 
December 31, 2008. What will happen? Supposedly there is a buyer. More then 
that is conjecture at this point.

Al has done this for thirteen years. What a loss for all of us. But who 
could blame him? A huge operation, very expensive to operate (our donations 
made up about 1/8 of the operating costs) and a constant drain on his time. 
It has been a great ride. Where it shall go, only time knows -
