Hi Bill:
You can obtain the manual at the HP/Agilent site. The 11710b is a unique
device. It has a coax relay for bypass and there is nothing that you have
to know to use it. You feed it 50Mc to 61Mc and get 10KC to 11Mc out at the
same level that was sent to it. It is a companion for the 8640B. Kindest

Just a thought --- if you use the companion HP 11710b down converter with
the 8640B, it will get you down to 10Kc with accuracy and convenience of the
