I get GEN YOU INE Bristol tool company bristol key wrenches from:

I assume that the controls have round knurled nuts on the front of the
panel, and hex locking nuts at the rear of the panel.
You may have to loosen the control locking nut at the rear of the
panel first, then the knurled nut in front will come off by hand. If
you are very lucky, you have the flat wrench meant for that work.
(Searches for that tool lately have come to naught.) If not, then
find a *long* screwdriver with a sharp tip on it. Fiddle and puzzle
it out till you can get the point of the screwdriver against one edge
of the inside hex nut, on the correct side to loosen, and give it a
whack with a modest hammer.. just enough to loosen the nut.
A drop or two of PB Blaster applied with that same screwdriver, or the
tip of a chop stick or meat skewer will make it go easier.
