[Hallicrafters] B&K Dyna-quik Tube Tester

I have my Uncle's (N6SE) working B&K Dyna-quik 600 Tube Tester with the Tube
Selector booklet/instruction manual.

 

The booklet is in pretty good shape, but some pages are loose and ratty. I
am looking for an additional backup book. Anyone know if they are available?

 

I intend to scan this book and us those pages verses wearing this one out
further.
