Not yet. I have a Radio Works Carolina Windom 80 Special here and it's  
now warm enough for me to put it up.  Sort of a shortened normal 80  
meter one.  Look up their web site for details and claims.  Some  
points I remember:

- The piece of coax between the "special matching device" and the  
choke balun is 75 ohms.
- That matchng coax section really should be held vertical for the  
whole thing to work... current on the outside of that piece of coax is  
part of what makes it work.
- minimum suggested height is 30 feet.

Those guys may sell  you the right matching device (at the feed point  
of the horizontal wire) and the choke balun.
