Hi Doug
The main difference lies in the 2nd detector /3rd IF stage .Serials
5XXXX-6XXXX are RUN1 .7XXXX-8XXXX is the 2nd RUN and finally 9XXXX and beyond
that RUN3 .Of course there might be is some overlap.Meaning a rcvr starting
with 8XXXX could be RUN 3 etc .Accordingly there are 3 different service
manuals .
