Hi Guys :
 
I usually don't become embroiled in running disputes, but Wayne WB4OGM has probably hit the "nail on the head".  Under controlled conditions in a lab setting where all variables can be controlled, theory generally works quite well.
 
In the "field", there may be many uncontrolled variables (human error and incorrect measurements being among them) which will, of course, alter "readings" and general performance "findings".
