[Hallicrafters] HT-11A Hallicrafters

I have found a Hallicrafters HT-11A Marine Radio Telephone. This unit
is in tough shape and needs a little help.

There is another data tag on it also.  It is called a Model MT  consisting of
CHL- 43028 Radio Transmitter-Receiver
CHL-20181 Vibrator-Dynamotor-Power unit

Have not been able to find any info on this unit.
Would also like to find a parts unit to use to help fix up this piece.
