[Hallicrafters] shipping by the rules

Your shipments from Mouser do NOT go through the
Mesquite, Texas, hub. They go through the Fort Worth
hub. BIG DIFFERENCE! Anything that I get has to go
through both hubs. The UPS truck that picks up at
Mouser (located in Mansfield, Texas, southern suburb
of Fort Worth) goes directly to the Fort Worth hub.
Then the shipments to east Texas including Dallas
County and eastward (Fort Worth is in Tarrant County)
are then transferred to the Mesquite, Texas, hub (on
the east side of Dallas).
I have no problems at all with the UPS delivery
drivers. In fact, they have always been VERY helpful
especially with large items. Since I have rheumatoid
arthritis on some days it is hard for me to handle
heavy boxes (on other days, no problem) and the
drivers know this. Therefore, if the box is fairly
heavy they offer to bring it in the house and put it
where ever I want it. That is definitely "above and
beyond the call of duty".
Again, the problems in this area are at the Mesquite,
Texas, hub and NOT at the Fort Worth hub. By the way,
the truck that delivers to this part of Richardson is
definitely loaded at the Mesquite hub.

Very strange.
I receive 2-3 UPS shipments a month from Mouser these
days (been a customer since before they had a real
catalog) and all the packages look absolutely perfect.
Did you ever consider that your local driver or
wherever your truck is loaded doesnt like
you.........?
And you continue to blame the hub?
