Very strange.

I receive 2-3 UPS shipments a month from Mouser these days (been a customer 
since before they had a real catalog) and all the packages look absolutely 
perfect.

Did you ever consider that your local driver or wherever your truck is 
loaded doesnt like you.........?

And you continue to blame the hub?

Union or not, they are disciplined and fired when necessary. At least in NH 
and MA; the Chelmsford hub in particular has regular blood letting. I cant 
imagine TX being under different rules.
