[Hallicrafters] Need help: Precision E-200-C Signal generator

Hi Guys,

 

I just recently acquired a Precision E-200-C Signal generator. While the RF
section works great the modulation is not working and I suspect it is the
phase shift network integrated component(chip). While the schematic provides
excellent info about every part it does not include info on the contents of
the phase shift network.

 

Now I know the phase shift network if 180 deg and it contains a series of
caps and resistors. If I knew the values of the internal parts I could
recreate it. Has anyone come across some info on how to build a new phase
shift network for this Generator? Any info at all would be most helpful.
