[Hallicrafters] Water-slide decal application problemsfor S-40A

Bob, would you then say that the best panel may be a thin plastic sheet, 
painted, decalled and glued to the "real" metal panel?

Making a professional looking panel has always eluded me with several, 
mostly homebrew, projects. The one thing I DONT want is a glossy finish; I 
save that for my car projects.
