Yes. I forgot to mention that if the meter IS mounted upside 
down the SCALE would have to be marked properly. 

The key thing to look for is, where does the needle pivot? At 
the top or at the bottom? 

If the needle pivots at the bottom, yet still rests at the right 
with the receiver off, then the meter is a special "backwards 
reading" type: if it pivots at the TOP, then the meter is a 
standard meter, mounted up-side-down, with a special, 
"right-side-up" scale.

As I said, as I remember it, the HRO-50/60 has such a 
meter, and I'll bet some of the Halli receivers are built that 
way too. I have seen this in other receivers, but cannot, at 
the moment, remember which.
