[Hallicrafters] SX-17 S-meter and variations

This sounds decidedly odd.  I have a 16, 24, 25, 27
and 28, and all these meters rest (power off) to the
right.  Same with the ARR-7, for whatever that may be
worth.  And, I have in a previous life had an RBK-16
(S-36A) and that one rested right.

Are we on the same page here?
