My Experience with freight has been things tending to disappear now and 
then when I was in business.  I use freight only for things that 
absolutely have to go that way.

I've never lost anything UPS, Fed-X, or USPS.  Delayed? Yes, but not 
lost and in all these years, nothing damaged.
