[Hallicrafters] Re Response On SR-540 From Chuck Dachis

Hi All,

Here is what I just received from Chuck Dachis, author of "Radios By 
Hallicrafters", regarding a question on the SR-540 transceiver posted 
several weeks back.

I have been searching for my SR-540 since receiving your email, just found 
it! My unit has the noise blanker, but no notch filter. Just a switch to 
turn the calibrator on or off. The SR-400 uses the same control to engage 
the notch filter as well as turn the calibrator on and off.
