[Hallicrafters] R12 wood cabinet speaker

The R-42 indeed has a switch. It cuts a capacitor in or out of the
circuit for either communications quality OR Hi Fidelity.
Has nothing to do with the Bass Reflex. The R-42 has a OPEN plastic
grill on the front bottom that is used for the bass reflex.
