[Hallicrafters] R12 wood cabinet speaker

Hi,

  I was lucky enough to find a large floor wooden cabinet R12 speaker that 
as you you came as an option for the SX28. The cabinet is now being cleaned 
from years of storage and is in very good shape with the speaker included. I 
would like to know if someone can provide me information on how the 
arrangement of the speaker and bass reflex was made. The back cover was 
supposed to cover everything but the bass reflex part. How was this 
arrangement made? BTW I also have the SX28 so everything will go together 
now.

How an R12 wooden floor cabinet made it to this island back in 1941? Only 
God knows.
