[Hallicrafters] SX-24

I was mainly kidding with Ken and hadnt meant the post to go to the list.

Anyway, I have a SX-24, 25 and 28 as well as National NC-173, 183, 183D, 
NC-200, NC-240D as well as HQ-120X and 129X. Im pretty competent to both 
rebuild and compare any one against any other using HP lab instruments or my 
ears.

The 24 is pretty deaf above 18 MHz wheras the 173 is still useable on 15M. 
At least by my standard of useable. Both radios could be improved with a few 
simple mods.

The only thing a SX-28 and R-390A have in common is the weight. My all 
Collins, Run 2,  R-390A was just insulted <G>.
