Try the "mirror" site which is

http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/

There are 50 download "slots" available on the
"mirror" whereas there are only 10 "slots" available
on the "main" BAMA site.  I often have problems with
the "main" site but have never run into problems with
the "mirror".
