Antique Electronic Supply has general replacement Hammond audio
interstage transformers for single ended to push-pull, (or you could buy
them directly from Hammond).
AES shows one that has a 9:1 secondary/primary impedance ratio, and
another that has an impedance ratio of a bit over 2:1. I suspect you
want the latter.
Or you can build a vacuum tube phase splitter of any of several types
instead of replacing the transformer.
My reference book for tube audio is "Valve Amplifiers" by Morgan Jones -
c2003, (www.newnespress.com) - lots of good practical information.
