[Hallicrafters] Dial Stringing

A tip I learned from someone who operated a  radio repair shop years ago. He 
kept different lengths of string hanging from a  hook with fishing weights so 
that he would always have a length of pre stretched  string ready to go. 
Reminded me of the time I strung one before I knew about  that. A week or so later 
my string job had loosened up to the point it was no  longer useable.
