[Hallicrafters] SX-28 T-3

There are two 80 pf 5% mica caps internal in T-3 in a friends SX-28.  Is that value standard in all of the receivers IF cans or does the value vary from transformer to transformer.  Both of T-3's caps had drifted up over 20% in value.
