[Hallicrafters] Date my SX 28 was manufactured ?

My SX 28 has SX 28 written on the front panel. It has
a 6SK7 tube.
The serial number DOES NOT have an H or HA in front of
the number. It also has two 6V6 tubes in the audio
output.

The Serial number is 70E758-C.

It has the clips holding the cover of the cover for
main tuning cap.

It has a wrinkled front panel but the cabinet is not
wrinkled.

The matching speaker does not have an H on it and
there is no serial number. 

What are your thoughts on an SX 28 without the H or HA
in front of the serial number? Any additional features
to check to help date it? 

I have looked at the web site on radio blvd.. What are
your thoughts about date of manufacture and why? 73,
