[Hallicrafters] HT-44 Intermittent Keying

Sounds like your vox is keying it up. My HT-32B would hang-up in transmit 
after unkeying for a few seconds or more intermittantly. Since I never use 
Vox, I set my adjustments to minimum effectively turning it off . Cured the 
problem. I could have something wrong there or maybe it was set just a 
little too high? You might try that.
