Mike,
That's the BEST advice I have ever seen on restorations! Time, effort and
loving care are required to restore any piece of equipment. Not only does
it insure a clean project, but it allows you the benefit of seeing each and
every component up close and personal.

There is no substitute for several things:
1. ELBOW GREASE
2. PATIENCE
3. SKILL
The first thing is easy to get. The next two take
time, and the third is begat by the second.
There is no "quick fix," no "instant gratification" in
this business....
