[Hallicrafters] Cleaning an SX-28

I'm in the habit of a) removing the front panel, b) removing the dials,
c) securing a plastic bag over each transformer (IF, audio and
mains), d) removing anything with an "inside" (like the S-meter), e)
removing all tubes, and then spraying with a foaming cleaner.
That stuff is amazing. Let it sit for a few minutes, then hose down with
lots of water, blow with compressed air, and dry in the sun.
I only do this on the top side of the chassis.

I used to then follow up by rubbing with wire wool, but I think it's a
mistake. Some strands inevitably come loose and get
lodged where they can short stuff out etc.
