Hi Rodger,

Yep, that was from Boulevard Electronics on Jackson Boulevard in 
Chicago.  I'll drop you a pic - but mine's missing the tag that is 
visible in the books, although it's original and works pretty well 
otherwise.  The biggest limitation is it's an AC/DC set, so there's the 
potential for "hot chassis" unless an external isolation transformer is 
used.  And that may be because, according to Osterman's book, it was 
originally designed for the Coast Guard, and most shipboard receivers 
were designed to operate from either an AC or DC source.  If I remember, 
they were advertized in QST also, as a clearance sale item.  Not many 
around!
