[Hallicrafters] Mysterious Ad and Kit Offer

I have in my possession a piece of Hallicrafters memorabilia that is
described as follows.  It is a postage card

about 6" x 9".  It is very colorful with a frequency wheel that one would
rotate to the "4" bands available on the

receiver.  Attached to this card, is a perforated post card one would mail
in for the "Free 15 Day Trial of the

Hallicrafters Around the World Short Wave Listening Kit".

 

The kit includes:

 

1) The precision Hallicrafters 4-Band radio complete with 3 antenna systems.
(built in ferrite loop, telescoping whip,

and wire.

2) 12-inch replogle (SIC) dual action globe printed in 10 brilliant colors
plus 96 page book on using globe

3 Giant Hammond Map 42" x 29"

 

And so on.  Too much to list here.  The rip off card you send in with
payment of $ 89.95 went to The Robert

Maxwell Company 403 West Center Street, Marion, Ohio.

 

What is not mentioned anywhere on this piece of memorabilia is what model
radio is referenced!

Nowhere can I find any mention of the "4 band radio" model.

 

My question to the group, does anyone know what radio was being offered.  

 

I have a PDF image of the card if anyone is interested in seeing it.  I have
not seen this cad anywhere else.
