Actually John et al,
I agree with all, except in my case, because of the nature of my "stuff",
I generally run some ads in the popular ham mags and indicate the
spaces. That info has to get to the ad managers by mid March in order to
make the May issue or the issue that's sold or handled out at Dayton at
their tables. So, I'm not looking for tickets and all that stuff, but
just a confirmation that they got the original request in the time frame
they specified. Ad managers don't give a zip after the ad is published
that the info was not correct. They still want to be paid and that's not
insignificant money.
